1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the TeklifGO application (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TeklifGO helps small businesses, tradespeople, freelancers and service providers create professional quotes and invoices and share them as PDF. The App is not accounting software or an official invoice / GİB submission system.

3. Account

The App requires you to create an account using email/password or "Sign in with Apple". You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all information, prices, tax rates and content in the quotes/invoices you create. TeklifGO is not liable for any damages arising from errors or omissions in this information. You represent that you have the necessary rights/permissions for any images you upload and customer data you enter.

5. e-Invoice / UBL

In invoice mode, the document can be exported as UBL-TR 1.2 XML. This output is unsigned and does not include a fiscal seal or GİB integration. To officially transmit the document, you must use an authorized e-invoice integrator. Meeting legal obligations is the user's responsibility.

6. Pricing and Subscriptions

The App can be downloaded and used free of charge. On the free plan you can create up to 3 new quotes per calendar month, PDFs carry a "TeklifGO" footer line, and converting quotes to invoices and exporting UBL-TR XML are not included.

TeklifGo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, that removes these limits. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting your TeklifGO account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, brand, logo and code of the App belong to TeklifGO and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. The quote/invoice content you create belongs to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, TeklifGO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are advised to back up your data regularly.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account settings → Delete my account). We reserve the right to restrict access in case of a breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page.
